Maintenance Tech Quality Engineer


Maintenance Tech

Maintain and repair plastic injection molding machinery and assembly equipment; optimize robotics programming and repair; troubleshoot process problems.

Responsibilities:
Maintain plastic injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment in optimal conditions
Maintain robotics and optimize performance
Plant and building maintenance as directed by supervisor
Assist manufacturing department supervisors with troubleshooting as directed by shift supervisors
Maintenance projects as directed by daily priority sheets
Paperwork as directed by maintenance procedure
Fabrication and/or welding as directed by the maintenance supervisor
Routine preventive maintenance

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
OEM/Erie, Inc. APQP team coordination
Internal open issue list (maintain and update)
PPAP and PSO book (maintain and update)
Process FMEA, Quality Control Plan, and Process flow diagram
PPAP, PSO, and PAP paperwork
Run at Rate
Write and approve ECO paperwork
Support to sales, program manager, and project engineer responsible for secondary equipment
Coordinate sampling material such as procurement and inventory
