OEM/Erie's injection molding operation is a key component of our engineering and manufacturing base. We devote 45% of our manufacturing space to this facet of our facility.

With injection molding presses, ranging in force from 75 to 2900 tons and in-barrel capacities ranging from 5 to 362 ounces, we produce large parts and small componentry. Necessary support equipment includes dehumidifying material dryers and multizone mold temperature controllers. Material handling systems include onsite rail siding and bulk silo storage.

Significant, new advancements, such as the incorporation of Gas Assist Technology, and the development of a unique and proprietary controlled injection pressure process, distinguishes us from traditional injection molders.
